Personal Training

With my background in education, I’m passionate about teaching my clients the ins and outs of personal training. I take the time to explain how to use equipment properly, demonstrate movements, and ensure you understand the “why” behind our workouts. My goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to feel at ease in the gym on your own, while still giving you the motivation and challenge you need to keep pushing your limits and coming back for more. 

My training expertise spans physique training, Olympic lifting, metabolic conditioning, functional fitness, mobility and stability training, and sports-performance training. I am LGBTQ+ friendly and welcome clients of all levels and abilities, offering training sessions in both English and Spanish.

I earned certifications in personal training, TRX, yoga, Schwinn, CrossFit, and group fitness, underlining my belief in the joyful and intentional nature of movement, regardless of the approach chosen. My diverse fitness background and commitment to an anti-restriction mindset have empowered clients with varying needs to feel confident, capable, and healthy.
